How to collect my wristband

1. Pre-order your wristband online.2. Collect your wristband and printed event guide from one of our designated collection points. Collection point details will be announced closer to the event.3. How do I buy a wristband?

You can purchase a wristband on our website via the 'Buy My Wristband' buttons.

Where do I collect my wristband?

You’ll be able to collect your wristband from one of our designated collection points, which will be announced closer to the event. When collecting your wristband, simply show the staff your ticket barcode. They’ll scan it and exchange it for your wristband. Please note that you’ll receive one unique barcode for each ticket purchased, so if you’ve bought multiple tickets, each wristband will have its own barcode.

Can I collect a wristband for my friend?

Yes, as long as you have the QR available to scan, you can collect on behalf of your friends.

Where do I collect the event brochure?

You can collect your physical event guide with your wristband.

Where is Newcastle Cocktail Week?

Newcastle Cocktail Week is a city-wide event, taking place across participating bars and restaurants throughout Newcastle Keep up to date with the latest participating venues, signature cocktails, and exclusive deals by following us on our socials @newcastlecocktailweek To redeem any Cocktail Week offers, simply show your wristband at participating venues during the event.

What are the opening hours?

Our October 2026 participating venues will include: Centurion, Manahatta, Banyan, The Town Wall, Chaophraya, Louies Liquor Store, Gaucho, Flight Club & many more to be announced! In March we saw 54 of Newcastles best venues getting involved, including.. How long are wristbands valid for?

All Cocktail Week wristbands are valid for the entire 10 days of the event. Friday 2nd - Sunday 11th of October 2026

How do I redeem the deals and signature cocktails?

All you have to do is show your wristband to a member of staff at all the cocktail week venues! We would recommend doing this as you enter each venue, and when you go to pay/receive the bill!

Are any of the cocktails vegan?

We’re pleased to say there is a huge variety of vegan cocktails on offer in our lineup. These are clearly marked within our event guide.

When is Cocktail Week?

Cocktail Week takes place from Friday 2nd - Sunday 11th October 2026.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer a refund on Cocktail Week wristbands.
